What is Coffee & Canvas?
Coffee & Canvas is a fundraiser event full of painting and coffee (or tea/hot cocoa, if that's more your speed.) Each person who purchases a ticket will receive (1) 8x10 canvas panel to paint and take home (paint and paint brushes will be supplied) as well as have access to our fully stocked coffee, tea, and cocoa bar! During the event, there will be a step-by-step tutorial given by an instructor on a predetermined painting. This event is a great opportunity for a family night, a date night, or a night out with friends! The canvas paintings also make great gifts!
This fundraiser is to help our Bethel YTH Students (6th-12th Graders) attend Winter Camp on January 26-28. 50% of the profit from the tickets they sell will go towards their Winter Camp Registration cost.
Who is this Fundraiser Benefiting?
Coffee & Canvas will take place on Saturday, February 24. We are offering two painting sessions: 2pm and 6pm. Each class will hold a capacity of 50 people. Doors will open 30 minutes prior to the start of the event.
Coffee & Canvas Event Details:
During Coffee & Canvas, a silent dessert auction will be open where you’ll be able to place your bids on delicious desserts! When the auction closes, the highest listed bidder for each item gets to take that dessert home!
Dessert Auction Details:

Select which student you want your ticket purchase to support, or choose “general financial assistance”.
Checkout to complete your registration.
Present your confirmation email at Check In on the event date.
